Marguerite Cole

Is the President of The Success Factor-LLC, a business consulting company focused on 'Empowering organizations to deliver astounding results'.

Marguerite specializes in the Marketing and Sales professions. She partners with clients to develop insights that result in tangible business that plans using multiple change management approaches. She assists clients in creating organizational blueprints to optimize business assets and meet customer requirements. She supports this work by providing analysis-to-delivery consulting experiences that support the change with appropriate knowledge, skills and behavior shifts across the organization.

With broad experience across several Fortune 250 companies, Marguerite has global expertise developing World Class sellers and leaders, sales strategies, marketing strategies, and competitive analysis. She also develops manager/leader coaching programs to supportchange management needs.

She has been consulting with both global and small business in the areas of Executive Coaching, sales enablement, marketing strategy, and since 2011 Cloud enablement within partner organizations. She was the lead designer of the first and second global version of Business Transformation Workshops for Microsoft Worldwide Partner Group. In that role she designed content and delivery methods, trainedand certified 30 consultants worldwide, and delivered workshops over a 14 month period to over 300 individual partner organizations.She delivered this full day content at WPC in 2012.

She has most recently spent a year in Panama assisting a local organization transform their business to a cloud service provider. She has intermediate conversational reading skills in Spanish.

Prior experience with Microsoft Corporation included positions in field Marketing, Enterprise Group global seller enablement,and managing professional skills development of multiple roles within the global selling organization.

Prior positions were with Xerox Corporation and Western Union Financial Services. While at Western Union she developed Competitive Strategies focusing on multiple global products within their brand. She also focused on identifying leading edge payment services companies for potential alliances and acquisitions.

She is a past board member of Kidstek, a Colorado-based non-profit that focuses on connecting youth with the resources and opportunities of Colorado’s high tech community. She has also been an invited speaker within the MBA Marketing program at Seattle Pacific University in Washington.

She carries a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Bachelor of Science in Systems and Data Processing from Washington University-St. Louis. Marguerite also carries a Master of Business Administration from University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia.
